Ostfriesentee is the name of a strong tea mixture from East Frisia, which is now a part of modern-day Germany. It consists of up to ten or twenty different varieties of black tea, including Assam, Ceylon, Darjeeling, and many more.
Most people only consider ostfriesentee which is processed in the historic region of East Frisia to be authentic.
