The Bao He Xiang tea company was founded in 2011 by Li Wen Hua.
Li Wen Hua has dealt with puer tea for quite some time, having produced puer tea for the Xinghai Tea Factory during the years of 1996 to 2004, and then working for the Menghai Tea Factory as a master tea blender from the years of 2004 to 2008.
Several Da Yi brand puer tea blends can be credited to Li Wen Hua.
