The Mengyang Guoyan Tea Factory is based in Jinghong, China, however, they source most of their material from the Xishuangbanna region.
The factory is run by Ms Dong, a Dali native, Yunnan Agricultural University graduate, and master tea blender at the famous Menghai Tea Factory, before starting the Mengyang Guoyan tea factory in 2003.
