Haiwan Tea Factory (海湾茶厂) was established in 1999 by Mr. Zou Bing Liang and Ms. Lu Guoling.
Mr. Zhou Bing Liang worked for the Menghai Tea Factory for nearly two decades where he oversaw the blending and wet-piling processes for their ripe puer tea productions.
Most of their teas are pressed into traditional bings, but they also manufacture bricks, tuo, and tea bags.
Their puer tea is usually classified by color, with shu being red, and sheng being green.
