Bu Zhi Chun Oolong Tea

Bu Zhi Chun (不知春), literally: “Knows not of Spring”) is an oolong tea which originates from the Wuyi, China.

One of the unique aspects of this tea is that the leaves are plucked in the winter during a warm weather period. Tea trees don’t usually produce new leaf shoots until spring, but if brief periods of warm weather occur, sometimes the trees mistake it for the arrival of spring.
