A strange sweetness. People say that the flavor of GABA tea is often akin to sweet potato, and I would find it hard to disagree, although I would say it’s probably more of a yam note.
A moderate bitterness and a slight tang develop later on.
Flavor notes: Almond, straw, yam, white peach, and cream.
