This is an interesting tea which was sourced through Taiwan Sourcing, a company who focuses primarily on Taiwanese oolong and and Taiwan-stored pu’er teas. They are an offshoot of the popular tea company Yunnan Sourcing.

    Tea Review

    Amount of Tea: 7 Grams
    Brewing Vessel: Ceramic Gaiwan
Type of Water: Bottled Water (Reverse Osmosis)
    Rinse Time: 5 Seconds
    Steep Time: 15 Seconds – 20 Seconds – 25 Seconds

This tea is very fragrant. If somebody was sitting next to you while you were brewing this tea then they would likely smell it.

It’s worth noting that despite appearing to be of reasonable quality, the tea has quite a few stems in it.

Flavor-wise, this is pretty light. but very floral in an almost powdery sort of way.

Notes of wildflowers, vegetation, clover honey, and something similar to perfume.
