When bugs bite the leaves, the tea plant’s natural defense mechanism kicks into gear and releases enzymes to help protect itself. These enzymes altar the taste of the tea and are said to enhance any fruit or honey notes the tea might have.

It doesn’t have an overly complex flavor, but that being said, it is a nice tasting tea.
The honey and caramel taste is probably most pronounced.
Stewed flowers and roasted rice develops later on.
Has a light to medium texture.
Flavor notes: Dark honey, caramel, forest, stewed flowers, and roasted rice.
