Today I am reviewing 2007 Yi Pin Tang “Yi Wu Zhi Chun” raw pu’er tea.
Sadly, they sent me a lot of loose material, and only one small piece of solid tea cake.

A light note of lemon, upon a background of autumn leaves.
Some notes of damp forest and granite developing later on.
Moderate astringency.
The texture feels quite smooth and lubricating, although not particularly thick.
The storage seems relatively clean on this tea.
Flavor notes: Autumn leaves, lemon ester, damp forest, and wet granite.
