Today I am reviewing a Fuding shou mei white tea in king orange from Yunnan Sourcing.

Rinse Time: 10 Seconds
Steep Time: 30 Seconds – 40 Seconds – 50 Seconds
There’s a bit of a tea taste, showing some earthiness, but the orange peel flavor overshadows much of it.
Honestly, I like it, but it’s a bit simplistic in flavor without a lot of depth.
It’s a little tart, and tastes a little different then typical orange, but I’m not sure if that is the orange variety or if it’s due to the 5 years of aging.
I would say the white tea stuffed inside of these oranges is relatively low-grade, but it’s enjoyable nonetheless.
