You can tell right away that the tea has some age on it.
There is a lot going on in the flavor profile.
There’s a noticeable smokiness to it.
The general flavor is peppery vegetation, with a light sweetness, and notes of spice, toasted grain, smoke and flowers.
Slight notes of citrus peel developing later on.
Light to moderate astringency.
Has a nice lingering taste even after it is drank.
